Identification methods and documents signature

Who can apply

  1. VALId service by the AOC: includes identification and signature services, one of them by idCAT Mòbil, which allows you to register online by simply entering your DNI or TIE, the number of your individual CatSalut health card and your mobile telephone number.
  2. Identification and signature code (CIS). At the time of registration in the system, you will receive an email in your personal email with the subject "Signature activation", where we will inform you about the CIS. If you lose this email, or if you don't remember it, you can access it here and request a new CIS code.
  3. Other systems: a software certificate (T-CATP, idCat, FNMT) or the certificate of your UPC card or DNIe.

  • Access

If you experience any technical problems related to the electronic signature tool, electronic records, or the username and/or password required to access UPC intranets, please contact the ICT Helpline (ATIC, tel. no. 934 016 213).
