Instructions for accrediting university degrees

The "Ministerio de Educación", through the free service "Consulta de Titulos Universitarios", allows you to consult the official Spanish degrees of which you are the holder and, if you wish, to generate an authorization code so that third parties can check this authenticity.

Access the electronic headquarters of the  “Ministerio de Educación”, specifically the “Consulta de Títulos Universitarios Oficiales” tab using the following link:

Click on “Acceder” and select the identification method (DNIe o certificat electrònic, la Cl@ve Pin o el sistema de Cl@ve Permanente).
 

Once you are identified, click on “Acceso a la Solicitud”.
 

Below are our personal details and university degrees. To create the document that indicates the verification code by third parties, click on “Autorizaciones”.
 

Next, we'll click on “Añadir Autorización”

 

Fill in the “Denominación” of the authorization, that is, the name of the entity that will verify the authenticity of your title. Indicates the date until which this authorization will be valid. Select “Titulación Disponible” and click on the “->” arrow. Finally, click the “Añadir” button.

 

After that, the platform will take us back to the initial screen indicating that our “Autorización” has been added correctly.

 

In the “Autorizaciones” section, the authorization we have just created will be displayed. In the “Acciones” section we can download our authorization in PDF or QR code format, modify or delete it.

 

If we download the PDF document, our data and the qualification that is in the files of the “Ministeri de Educación”. ill appear. In addition, at the bottom of the page, the entity's data, the verification link and the code to enter to verify the authenticity of your university degree will appear.
